Again, I really don't think there's a wrong answer on this list, because I know people are moving to other TN markets too, but I feel like Chattanooga is one of those cities that's a diamond in the rough and hasn't reached the stage of being overgrown, like a lot of Nashville locals feel has happened to Nashville.

For reference, the LVP bid was about $6.15 / sqft installed.For $6.15sqft I can get the best HW floor co to do the best full sanding, best re-stain, best 3 coat poly with diamond coat which is basically gorilla glass for floors including warrantied against pet claws.
