I have a call scheduled through a mutual friend, his college roommate owns a golf cart rental business in Isle of Palms, but I’m trying to gather as much information as I can.

As far as the downtown area near Mercer College I thought it would be a good idea to explore student housing, are there any areas for this that you would suggest or avoid?.

Consider the Local Tenant Pool & Seasonal Demand•Gainesville is a college town, so student tenants might be a big part of the rental market.
