Bought a 3700 sqr ft duplex in Ashtabula OH, the burbs of Cleveland. 4/1.5 and a 4/2 duplex.

Not sure about maple heights/cleveland, but just down the road here in Akron, the Akron housing authority maintains a list of properties and landlords who are actively interested in providing section 8 housing.

@Mitchell Litam There are plenty of good deals available in Cleveland.

I would still target Ohio as a market but I would also be looking into markets like Dayton / Cleveland / Cincy.
