Both the front and back yards are finished and 578k wouldn't be possible even if it had gold toilets and champagne flowed from the faucets.Not sure if you've tried yet, but see what OfferPad or OpenDoor will give you if you're looking for a quick exit.

I was in Paris a few years ago and when you mention Gypsy I harkened back on a day trip we took to Champagne and you think we have a homeless tent city problem. the Gypsy's or whatever is coming to France from the middle east and Africa  was pretty wild.along both sides of the freeway for at least 10 miles was tent after tent..
