I'm talking about the owners who use their ring doorbell cameras to spy on their guests, who have a list of property rules that sound like the rules the nuns would read to us first day of class in Catholic high school, and who complain about and try to charge guests for the most minor infractions instead of considering it a cost of doing business.

Keep in mind that in Maryland "Source of Income" is a protected class, so you can't advertise that you are choosing to "accept vouchers" - that is akin to saying you are choosing to "accept Catholics" or "accept white people".
