I can honestly say I have added an abundance of impactful investors to my network and had some of the most beneficial conversations to propel my investing career in the right direction, in just a 3 day span! 

This was during the recession in 1992 and REO’s were abundant.

The reality is takes a lot of dials to reach folks, even where you have an abundance of phone numbers. 

It sounds like some people want to day dream about the perfect life of abundance they are going to have regardless of the class or the coach. 

Its a great real estate community who have an abundance mindset and truly do give back.

I fully disclose the fee to all clients, include the original vendor invoice in their landlord portal, and make it abundantly clear to them what my mark up is both contractually and time of initial invoice.

Hopefully we live into old age and our kids will be well into into their 40' or 50's before they inherit anything.One thing I think I need to make clearer: I thoroughly believe abundance in childhood doesn't make it easier to raise a kid with good money habits.
