OK, advance apologies from me for the instructional hijacks.The way to do this is to use the "Quote" function on the post where you wish to borrow a quote, and then copy and paste that into a text editor; if you use tabbed browsing, you can open that quote in another tab or even another browser window if you choose,Once you have it copied, you can add it into any reply to any other thread.

There was no one database for the whole of the US.I am not sure if the present Realtor site is a web browser interface to the local boards or if the local boards are uploading their data back to a central database.

I am across the pond so in the other direction from you.The biggest delays I see are on the profile pages and even then the performance is pretty consistent plus reasonable.If there is a local cache problem you might want to restart the browser and the machine.
