The limb cracked and fell and took out both of his cars in the driveway.Setting that aside, there is a lot of rotting leaf debris on the roof from the aforementioned tree.

And the leaf blower was just aggravating the weed seed situation, contributing to a lawn full of weeds.I ended up having to rip out half the turf, digging up all the bermuda, and replanting seed.Although I hate to have to do it, now I do my own yard maintenance.

Hello All,  As I'm leafing through the MLS listings I came across this in the disclosures section under "property information" “Any licensed agent purchasing a REO property from Seller as a “principal” will not receive the ‘selling portion’ of the sales commission".

Who cares about causation or correlation or if it is based on tea leaf readings if you can get a leading indicator that works :-) However, here are a few random points of discussion from my little engineer brain that is very poor at picking and timing and so I default to buy and hold (stock and real estate).
