Correct remediation is done by hazmat suits, coating all the surfaces in a solution, cutting it all out, each section goes in a bag is sealed and then goes into a second bag then require special dumping.

Hey @Nate Barbee Even little projects came take an inordinate amount of time, I got caught in a rule change by the DEQ and our state DNRC on water wells, the laws were so new that neither agency really knew who was going to do what, meanwhile the guy holding the bag is losing time and money while they sort it out, another good one is, when I went to get encroachment permits to work in the county right of way, the road super told me that you can no longer put mailboxes on a county road right of way, huh?

@Danny Mansukhani when I was first introduced to Charleston by one of the TV Guru's ( god forbid) he nailed this market 5 years ago and thought it was the place to be.I was not so sure.. first home we did on the west side there was a leap of faith and we did not do that great on it.. but we sold it to Shep of Southern Charm fame..now 20 plus new builds later we have kind of pioneered the infill along with Luxury Simplified and a few other infill builders.. we have another 7 homes on the books for the rest of this year.but finding lots now that the cats out of the bag is become pretty tough..
