Hi,I have been looking at some of the resources for inspecting properties and estimating costs on this site, and the ones I have seen are detailed spreadsheets and multi-page checklists.

Although some other sites will put "most relevant" reviews first, usually those are ones people "liked" or commented on. 

I live in socal so the price of entry to buy is very high and I noticed very saturated market here.Is manage remotely for not too big of self storage is too hard or too much trouble vs be on site?
