I burned the candle at both ends until real estate investing took over financially and it was clear.  

I would work 7 days a week (as an agent you don't get off on the weekends) and were burning the candle on both ends running from meetings to job sites and back.So my goal for this year is to log a little less hours, lower my stress level a bit and make more time for the things I enjoy outside of work.

I also have about ~75k in principal balance so the flame isn't worth the candle for those folks, probably.

We just don't see it in numbers for the markets in Ohio that we've looked at so far, and none of them hold a candle to Phoenix's markets.
