Here are a few neighborhoods worth considering:Montrose: Located near downtown Houston, Montrose is known for its vibrant arts scene, eclectic mix of restaurants, and diverse population.

With the exception of the vibrant strips of bars and restaurants around the college, everything felt very run down and uncomfortable.

I've lived here my whole life and have really seen this great city turn into a vibrant and thriving area that attracts people to live and/or invest here.

This project has been explained as “a bold redevelopment plan that would transform the forlorn intersection of Armour and Troost into a small businesses vibrant hub with hundreds of new apartments.”

If you're going to try and do the whole 'churn' thing and hold 10+ cards at a time, it may be more work then it's worth - you're better off using that time to focus on finding good RE deals :)I happen to have 2-3 credit cards at a time depending on which hotels/airlines i'm using - SPG Amex (for hotels), United Explorer (for flights) and my all-time favorite card, Chase Sapphire Preferred (for dining and everything else).
