Hope you don't mind if I chime in here, but I'm hoping this strategy I'm working on might be useful to you folks - or enlightening for me if I'm misunderstanding anything.I have been spending a great deal of time learning about "Velocity Banking" - basically where you trade in chunks of an amortized loan (with the majority of the interest stacked up front) for a simple interest loan.

im in management now but as a rep I was managing about 200 house holds at average velocity of 1% on asset which put me around 800k in production which I took home A little over 300k gross income, still not even close to your production, you're a prodigy!!
