I'm curious how many hosts update their listings depending on the season.

If it gets rented the owner will update the listing with a new available date; if this moves by 30 days or more you can reasonably assume it was rented.

This one is not important or good if you don’t take care of your properties but I update all of my units AND want my tenants to take car of the unit so a yearly inspection with the Sec 8 Inspection is great for me.

There is an issue with disconnecting calendars from time to time (mostly booking.com), but they have a very attentive helpline and product team who are constantly making updates with it.

Thinking based upon what I'm reading here, that they need to just do the cosmetic rehab and updates.

The CEO doesnt get mired in the details and work the front line, they set strategy and get updates to ensure the company works along that strategy.I also disagree with your view on property managers.

Our site is fairly big, holds lots of information. Needs to be more inspiring and modern. Anyone have a good web developer that has room for clients!?
