I advise all of the people that want to buy another property inside of a year to use a Wally Wrap because they write a wrap around the wrap so that the seller has an asset to show their next lender.

For most people, they would be better off investing in a syndication or even a REIT. 

Otherwise perhaps your winter people will pay $500 extra if your cap is $500 and that is not what your competitors will be doing.

I’d recommend listening to the straight up Chicago investor podcast for local information, going to the variety of meetups that are in this great city, and meeting a lot of the people posting here. 

People don't use Airbnb much in my area.
