Unfortunately Good Cause Eviction passed last night in the city of Rochester, NY.I want to thank Council Members Lashay Harris and Michael Patterson for doing the right thing and voting “NO” on this largely performative legislation…that will only TEMPORARILY protect a small handful of city residents living in EXTREME under market rental units…But it will have broad and adverse negative consequences for the WHOLE community.

You have a skillset that could be extremely useful for quick fixes and landlord issues and from there you can bridge relationships and partnerships to enhance your knowledge of real estate investing and couple your skills.

Now I feel I can not trust the screening results.

I agree with Erik, although their are some investors out there that will help fund the down payment/entry fees that you mention, they typically are friends and family that trust you and believe in you.

Extremely communicative and Bob spent time over multiple phone calls answering specific questions I had concerning the deal.

I had grown very close to him and had developed a great deal of trust for this person.

You have to disclose you are an agent and people statistically don't like or trust agents.
