RE used to be so foreign to me until I went to a RichDad event I was totally mesmerized by the idea that I could possibly... own RE!

It takes hustle, but once you’ve got the right mix of funding, project management, and lender relationships, it’s totally doable!

Meaning, 80% of the total value. 

I have a full time job in  a totally different field and I manage 2 properties.

@MikeLambert thanks for all the insight on Tulum I love the town and would like to purchase A condo For myself don’t care if it doesn’t make much money  but obviously would like a great location I am a dual citizen and want own property in MexicoI probably won’t stay there much if at all I just love to buy real estate one of my addictions 😂Searched online There are so many developments from $100k - $200k would be my comfort level if any of you guys have recommendations on location would appreciate it 

Perhaps instead of a triangle they should put a button with the word "expand" in there so it's more obvious to the less tech savy crowd.

I managed that on my own but was obviously easier since it was right down the road.

So while you may get several numbers for an individual, not all numbers will still be active for that person so the total accuracy rate will go down.
