If you want a "deal", you should be looking at 100 days and up to have any leverage because the seller will feel more desperate after three months when everything else is selling.Are you seeing these properties?

Otherwise the damn thing is just two or three or even four stick built houses that are joined together. 

If I do change the locks, will I still have to rekey them to prevent having three sets of keys? 

Currently, I lease one of the three units to someone who keeps it clean.
