I was wondering if someone is aware of any type of Pro Forma software or subscription that has the flexibility to output data in simple, big picture, easy to read fashion?

I'm a Texas lawyer, not a California lawyer and I don't have California subscriptions in my research packages. 

I just cancelled yearly subscription for ReboGateway.

Being new I don't have a budget for $50 a month for subscriptions to multiple sites.

These services often offer free trials, and I know that Scribd has an offer where if you refer a friend using your referral code, your friend gets two free months, and you get an extra month added to your subscription.

Or, buy one of the legal papers such as The Daily Journal (their courthouse rep is named Arnie) or the Long Beach Reporter (which I now receive a free subscription, for some reason).

There is a local guy that sells a course and a subscription to his data on foreclosures.

I recently bought a monthly subscription to his site and have found it very educational. 

Both are subscription but IMO very reasonable.
