It can feel very competitive when surrounded by other talented striving students, however, just like other careers, it would need commitment and deligence to stay in the industry,  most especially after graduating.

Having a buyers list is one thing, but having a fast acting buyers list is another and its something you should strive for. 

I've spent my entire life stretching, striving, and at times even jumping....always with the result of brushing the brass ring with the end of my fingers, but never being quite "good enough".

I am in the planning stages for my investing career and am wondering if anyone has a form of some sort or a strategy for putting everything down on paper so I have a clear map with clear goals to strive for. 

So, with a specific target market - the ultimate goal is to dominate this chosen market - which we all likely strive for.Quickly brainstorming actions to accomplish dominating a chosen market:Market Research - I.E. - Town sales, avg.

Getting re-zoned can be quite a pain in the profit margin but is possible.That said, I can't more strongly attempt to steer you away from running electrical through outside conduit unless you're striving for the slumlord feel. 

Since then, we've strived to maintain a strong family bond, while juggling work and higher education.
