Regardless, what I'm trying to say is that you don't have to follow the same path but talk to several other lenders as there are options with smaller credit unions if you're strictly looking for buy and hold without having to do rehab.

This is strictly a perception thing in my opinion, not a legal issue.Also generally speaking the code of ethics for licensees makes things like wholesaling a bit of a gray area in terms of who all gets a piece of the pie (broker's comission split and other distribution of earnings)

This makes me confuse, and get me thinking-- either one can build duplexes under A1 Fam dwelling because how city pass ALL the inspections without noticing it during the construction (specially city of Austin where they are really strict on enforcing construction codes).
