This should be really down to your personal preferences above everything else if you can stomach living so far out in places like Leander or Round Rock vs. if you want to be much closer towards the city downtown. 

Lots of investors either bought with conventional financing and now they don't qualify or got the abnormally low DSCR rates from 2020 and 2021 and now want to cash out, but can't stomach the increase; understandably.

It depends on how much headache you can stomach and what your end goals are.
