Our real estate biz return was over 100 pages, the accountant tells us to review it but honestly I just sign where she puts the little arrow flag stickies.

Didn't start using sticky notes until about halfway through, going back through the first half of the book to find everything I need is gonna take some real time lol.

In addition to the handwritten letters and postcards, there are calls to my landline, and yesterday this one dude even stuck a sticky note on my duplex's door.

It already sounds like these tenants are taking full advantage of the situation; provide a clear interpretation of what the intent of the clause is, and raising the rent down the line is definitely a good idea if you're trying to get yourself out of a sticky situation.

I was also assuming there was a sticky situation brewing around changing locks without proper steps being taken.
