@Andrew Herring Thanks for your suggestion of Tarrant County and adding confirmation to Arlington.With Arlington being the home to the, newly named, Globe Life Park (don't get me started lol) and AT&T Stadium, are prices of real estate in that area outrageous?

The stadium has brought a ton of new development, and jobs are being created at a healthy pace.

The Mayor and all the politicians meet at one of the Social Clubs once a month to show their contacts where the new roads are going in and the next baseball stadium and extension to the toll road to have the big guys buy for cheap before new developments get started.

I recently bought a house in Arlington, Texas, very close to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers stadiums.

It appears as if the neighborhood has a lot of boarded up properties and the area seems run down HOWEVER it is right next door to the Ravens Stadium, Orioles Stadium, downtown, and MD University Baltimore.

Peoria is a little further out, Glendale neighbors Peoria and is basically just as far, but a little bit closer to things such as the football stadium.

So I worked three jobs - a newspaper route starting at 4 AM, then a 9-5 job and then I went to the football stadium and sold beer at night.

That would be around Grim stadium if you are talking about W 17th this area depends on the block.
