It has the Cardinal stadium, lots of restaurants, and Tanger outlet mall near by for discount shopping.

The city is building a huge park, stadium and public transportation is with 2 miles.

HiI have a 3/3 near the stadiums in bmore.

Culver City, and Inglewood are the two dark shades on this map that standout to me - Culver City has more young professionals than ever, and Inglewood is getting the new stadium for the Chargers/Rams.

Use caution as STR are being cracked down on and banned in many areas, Arlington, Texas is one unless in the entertainment district which is roughly a mile circumference around ATT Stadium.

While working there I got an oppurtunity to build the framing phase of a house with a volunteer group shortly after hurricane Katrina hit and fell in love.From then on I took on an apprencticeship and worked at the New 49er stadium, San Jose Earthquake stadium, New Facebook Campus for Commercial work and I also spent a couple years building custom homes in the range of $5Mill-$25Mill.I currently work for a GC doing Tennant remodels for large tech companies in SF. 

You could move in next the Busch Stadium and charge over 1K a month for a 2 bed apartment or you could go north a little bit and only get $600.

Another huge thing that is a possible to happen, is LV will get a stadium built and have their first NFL team.

I'd think you could make a killing there during snow bird season, or hey get a condo cheap somewhere close to the beach and do the same strategy or a condo close to Raymond James stadium or whatever they call it now and cater to sports fans - know it would only be a few home games but anyways you definitely likely have more options than you did in Wichita.Congrats on the move and enjoy whats left of this beautiful winter weather down there and then button down the  hatch for Hurricane season...ha - I went through Wilma when I lived in Cape Coral and stayed in the house - was a cool experience and you'll get to laugh at all the Floridians that think high winds and rain are a big deal.
