I'm pretty sure that the memo line on the check is for the sender's reference and doesn't have legal bearing.For example, I remember years ago, some clown mailed a check for $1 to the city of Detroit and wrote in the memo that it was payment for one of the stadiums.

And yes I’m in the vinings area, right by the Braves stadium.

I figured anywhere near the Jags stadium would be prime for STR but I see what you mean about the cons of a multi for that purpose.

There's more amenities in Gary such as the hospital, a sports stadium, a couple of colleges, etc.

The Rams moving in and the football stadium itself mean pretty little IMHO (as much as I like it as a child Rams fan).

The stadium has brought a ton of new development, and jobs are being created at a healthy pace.
