Since my daughter was playing club soccer in Collierville while it was vacant, I leased the property myself and saved on leasing agent cost.  

I coach soccer, take my kids to a private school, and my wife stays at home.

However, direct mail can be very effective in reaching people who are otherwise hard to reach.If you think about it, everything from door knocking to direct mail to radio and TV broadcasts and online market efforts are merely different media.

I have been listening to the BP broadcast and also have been reading some real estate books.

Bryan - to be compliant with the SEC you cannot just send out a broadcast - I need money will pay this.

Or being a former MLS player I'm sure you could get a job related to soccer and use that title to appease lenders.
