Makes a difference too if they are closely related to you, mother, father, sister or brother, next tier in some states as uncle, aunt or cousin.

The joists were in decent condition, I had to sister some of the joists.The sill running along the wall was in pretty good condition as well.The second bedroom had carpet that we removed.

My brother and sister in-laws have a nice investment portfolio in Columbus and have had to deal with this issue.

Hi Allan,I don't know how familiar she is with Hutto but I have an agent who was helpful in helping my sister find a place.

Right now he owes about $90k on his property, and has $30k in personal loans from his sister.

my sister had renter out a house for some time and she said it was an absolute headache and people would call her over stupid simple things at ridiculous times of the day and in her opinion she doesn't recommend it also I talked to a guy who's family owns a six unit apartment and he said the city made up a lie about the building having a slow leak somewhere and demanded $10.000 payment (weter bill) his opinion real he would not recommend real estate rental property.
