Are you looking for suggestions on other things to add in the list:For us, if the property has carpets, upon moveout, they must produce a receipt showing carpets were professionally cleaned - no Rug Doctor rental hack cleanings.

Now the 1st floor tenant DEMANDED the reimbursement on her mattress topper, tempurpedic bed, bedsheets, and rug to be professionally cleaned ( her rug didn’t get wet but she said it was).

they will indeed be left "holding the bag" when the banksters NEXT "pull the rug- out..." again... as they keep getting away with doing every decade or so, like "clock work..." because of the Roman 'Crown' and 'UN' framework and legalese, etc., but that's apples, vs. oranges."

.), I always look under the carpet to see if the hardwood floors are intact (i.e no one has nailed plywood over them) and whether they can be refinished.I figure tenants (or buyers) can always use an area rug, or wear slippers, if they want something warmer underfoot.
