I've been here for a while reading up and am excited to make my first post.A bit about me, I am 30 currently making a great salary in a W2 contract role that I will likely remain at through this year, after which I expect to look for a more permanent role with a lower base salary, however likely similar overall once benefits are accounted for.

I had to not only list and promote but I had to protect the equity during the negotiations with the prospect buyers, coordinate the move out with the tenant, who was previous property manager and was exercising all her rights which tend to make the situation less than ideal for sellers/landlords.

Use your savings from not paying rent to buy another property within the next few years and your on a role.  

After educating myself with books and podcasts, I want to exercise a similar strategy to BRRR and consider flipping if cash flow isn't manageable.

In addition to my role in mortgage underwriting, I also own a duplex, which has significantly fueled my interest in the real estate sector.

Question:Now that the auction sale has occurred, is it possible for the holder of the junior deed of trust to sell / assign / grant the junior deed of trust so the redemption rights can be exercised to purchase the property?  

For the sake of this exercise, let's keep it simple. 

For further context, I am not taking on the role of a silent partner in the company.

As you advance, you can come across chances to take an active role in real estate transactions after you reach legal adulthood.

It sounds cheesy, but the best way to prepare is to work with a friend or two and role-play.
