EVen if your IRA account itself does not recieve the business funds, it is still the responsible taxpayer for the LLC and UBTI applies to IRAs.

The entire time I recieved no money from tenant, and being across country didnt have the time or abili6to go through with the eviction.Long story short we ended up hiring a lawyer, and had the tenants evicted early this month.

I'm buying it as a primary residence and the tenant there recieved 60 days notice from the previous owner to vacate the place... the tenant is not complying and I feel she will probably stay there long term.

Tenant laws says if u recieve even $1 toward a repayment of late rent you haaave to restart eviction process.

My rents show up on their owners portal, but for some reason 3 months now I have not recieved deposits , even after numerous conversations about it, and a reminder just a week ago. hearing of these self services offered by companies such as cozy, I figure I can get almost exactly what a property manager does, except not all my eggs in one basket.

The owner called desperate because they had not recieved rent in 4 months there where several code violations levied on the property and the tenant said they where up to date with rent.
