Take advantage of that VA loan again too - much better terms than going with a private lender/DSCR type loan.

OPM usually refers to money to buy the house, a private lender, family, etc.

And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.

I haven’t tried hard money or private money lenders either.

Luckily my customers were pretty loyal to me but you get the point.
