That's what I did.I'm not saying don't go for condos, but really do your due diligence on the HOA to make sure they are in decent shape so you don't get hit with bills later on.

Most properties are landscaped with water conservation in mind and therefore you don't have the expenses or hassle of maintaining large lawns, high water bills, large tree maintenance, etc.

I have spoken with the realtor at length and gotten copies of utilities bills, internet expenses, trash fees, etc. so I have reason to believe most of these are pretty accurate, but again, would like some feedback from the community on what i'm missing and what else i should be considering.
