IG is prob the most relevant social media platform with a decent messaging capabilities. 

Many reasons: to encourage/discourage certain economic behavior, to appease a certain industry lobby or some fellow lawmakers or even sometimes a private individual, to buy votes, to balance economic effects of a new law, as well as simply out of incompetence of our lawmakers.

I've been on this platform and learned so much from fellow investors.

They had the engineer look through the usual listing platforms (we use Zillow, apartments.com, Furnished Finder, and Airbnb) and let them know which properties they were most interested in.
