Hi Darrin,Without addressing the actual question, I will say Thermofoil is not foil, it's a plastic coating, and in some cases running the oven on self-clean makes it peel off near the stove.They have heat shields for it, but over time expect it to lift off in some areas.It is generally the cheapest option.Good Luck!

Copper supply and plastic drains are ideal.Make sure the heating works and is in good condition.

There is a product that I've seen at Lowe's that looks like bead board, but made from PVC (plastic).

And get the wax ring with a plastic insert on the inner part of the ring.
