That is the terrifying part about using OPM, for me at least, is that if the lender gets in a pinch, I'm liable. 

But what's the point of going through life if I'm going to pinch pennies and not enjoy it?

I invest in low income housing and am often called a slumlord by everyone except my tenants because they know I’ll fix stuff and take care of them in a pinch so I have their respect , however I do understand this niche and I wouldn’t over improve the property because it will get torn up and in the end will not make me money and yes, I’m doing this for money not because I’m hellbent on helping the community .

We advertise sleeping 10 but can do up to 14 in a pinch if there are more kids.Will they be checking?

@Samuel Boyd, I bought the heater on one of the quarterly sales that Pinch A Penny pool service offers. 

It's like the little girl from "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" who says "I want it NOW!" 

I do like to provide some extra items which guests appreciate immensely: my welcome basket has some instant oatmeal pouches, granola bars, microwave popcorn and a couple of little chocolates and some fresh fruit.

I think you made the right call not sharing the information, although it is usually a matter of public record, as are building permits showing rehab costs.And I'd love for my chocolate dip ice cream to not melt before I have a chance to eat it.

Is it because people don’t want to deal with penny pinching landlords when doing owner financing?
