While Facebook Marketplace isn't the sketchiest site (craigslist), I personally would never give my ID across it.

To summerize, a DSCR loan, aka lite doc or business purpose loan, uses the rents you receive on the property and divided by the new loan PITI to receive a ratio.

Sounds like you are getting hit with a lender who has overlays and possibly miscommunication between the loan officer/processor to the underwriter.

This deal proved to be the perfect balance of financial gain and personal enjoyment.

Go to google and put the name of person / entity you are interested in the search engine, and then add the words "and scam".  

Most people will get the loan in their name first, and then transfer it into the LLC after.

The voucher is the most that Sec8 will pay for that person’s rent regardless of where they rent.  2) The second part of the Sec8 equation is the market rates for specific neighborhood’s and property types (SFR vs apartment, # bedrooms, # baths, utilities included vs paid by tenant, etc).

The DSCR loan will have one.
