Sometimes the "scraper" would take forever to scrape or it would say "pending" for 48 hours or so, so I initiated a support ticket to inquire on if I was using it properly or not and never heard back.

I sold it four years after the crash and made a really good return.I wouldn't worry about holding onto your money and waiting for a pending crash.

I have really liked a property which was pending sale last year dec but was back on market in jan after the initial sale fell thru from dec.The property got relisted,so I put an offer.The same day the property got withdrawn from market.A few days later our offer got accepted.The seller disclosed that the property has a lein on it from IRS and Amex which means the tittle is clouded.We're willing to wait for 90 days for seller to clear the tittle.

So far....3 closed investments with complete return of principle making 9-12% annualized but taxed at short-term capital gains rates. 1 default with a 64% loss of principle (on a borrower who was a "repeat borrower" on the platform). 1 equity investment that in 20+ months has paid less than 2% and currently is looking to re-finance (and this was on a borrower who had "3 prior investments" with this particular platform). 1 pending closure with full return of capital. 3 investments that are paying between 3-9% annualized.
