Partner with someone that has the cash.

I was told to go find someone to partner with, but would rather partner with someone who has already paid and they can take my part out of the earnings directly.

I always have a hard time finding the alliance partner on a flight portal.  

My partners and I own a portfolio of residential assisted living homes that we commercially lease to the business operators.
