Ex: John was really well-spoken, Susie constantly interrupted me, Steve clearly had no idea WTF he’s talking about, etc.By calling 10 accountants, you’re “pairing them up” against each other, cross-referencing their information and getting smarter (and more confident) with each call.At the end of all your calls, you’ll be mentally tired, yes, but you just learned a ton!

I have been footing the bills up there a lot and the other siblings are only interested in what is good for them and their bank accounts. keep wanting to put her in a old folks home,but she is not at that stage yet.physically sound ,just the mental part that has failed ,and they want to move her hours away and take over her finances.

The Health District in my view is bounded by:I-95 to the EastDolphin Expressway to the SouthNW 14th Ave to the WestNW 20th St to the NorthProperties within these boundaries are limited/rare, so while the above is the 'actual area' I also mean the surrounding neighborhoods and streets.The area doesn't have the best reputation in terms of safety (Though there are definitely rougher areas in the city), but it does seem like it a solid rental market - with plenty of jobs nearby.It is also fairly close (Depending on traffic) to Wynwood, Downtown, and Little Havana/stadium(s) and the airport.

For example, sometimes if you look at the listing history for a stale listing, you can see a pattern ... as in, the seller/agent has reduced the list price by $10k every month it doesn't sell for the last 3 months ... then, if you see a pattern like that you can get a feel for if/when it will get down to the ballpark it needs to be price wise ... make a mental note to check back around then, and you can then put an offer in the night before you expect them to drop their price again, with the anticipated price drop, plus an additional smaller price drop to get you a great deal ...

If it is a 100 unit franchisee and they are putting only 4 stores backing your location out of the 100 that is different.You would then need to see the other stores sales and compare them for rent to sales ratio for health score with the business and then see if their stores are at,below, or above store average for the national brand.It's not just only the sales they are doing but the rent ratio.

So be selective and find someone that will be a good fit.In the long run I think this option would be better financially and better for your mental sanity than buying a cheap quad.
