As the property is new to you, assuming you used a home inspector to inspect during the inspection period of your purchase contract, are there any discrepancies noted on the report that relate to this issue (assuming it actually is an issue)?

This was found by the inspector on the first contract (who actually should not have had access to the common space under the building where he found that damage).

I have a 6 unit complex that was unlivable, I reached out to national lenders and no one would touch it, or they would start the process and then cancel it once they sent an inspector out.
