My concerns:Squatters and having to evict.Someone getting "injured" and suing Someone copying a key and then robbing the place later onHave any of you found a way to combat these concerns or am I overthinking the whole thing?

I'm just curious though, what happens if you get sick or injured and can't do it all yourself?

I had Fred. 50 something illiterate man who had been injured in a car accident and remained 10 yrs old.

I wonder if the tenant gets injured like if he cuts off his arm while doing the work he then could go after the landlord for workmans comp or some sort of liability.They could claim that they have been doing their own repairs with your knowledge for quite some time and therefore you are allowing the work.

The most important being that no one wasn't injured or killed.  

This can also go the other way; if you injured someone in a car accident and the prosecutor came after you for claimable assets he/she would conduct an asset search.

I'm sure my insurance company would love handling a claim from some one getting injured there.The thing is I kind of like the AirBnB concept.
