Lucky enough to belong to an incredible network in Denver (CO) but as we add operations, properties and an arm of our design business down here I am itching to join something similar!

Life is so incredibly short. 

If there are tons of homes with pools and wide open calendars yet the few places with PB courts are booked out, there's your answer. 

@Britney Lewin I think it's great you have the chance to go in many areas, but finding a property while searching a very wide area can be tough.

I still remember a podcast by @Ashley Hamilton that was absolutely incredible about her experience in Detroit. 

Over the years, I've gained invaluable insights from this incredible community, and I'm eager to contribute and give back.As the founder of Data Led Designs, I specialize in business intelligence and interior design, focusing on leveraging detailed data to inform STR investment decisions across the US.

Many benefits but diversifying with smaller amounts of capital across a wide array of assets/markets/operators really helps to avoid the horror stories of losing $50k/$100k.

Basically a nothing-burger because the federal government doesn't have authority to implement nation wide rent control.

Ultimately I'm looking for a cohort of people with a wide range of experience in real estate. 

Now, compared to San Francisco, it's incredibly easy;  but comparatively in North Alabama, it is not.
