Got to the inspection on the one that wasn't rented and over the weekend someone had thrown a rock through a window and stole about 16 inches of copper. 

Can anybody shed a light on this, I'm an inch close to getting a different loan officer.

This house had approx 4 inch drop towards the front of the house.  

Whats interesting about the bathroom is every square inch of the bath room is tile, even the walls.

These 3 inch tall tiles required 4 times as many cuts on the wet saw as a 12 inch tile would have and were a bit tedious to lay for a first timer like myself.All in all, we love the shower and I'm glad I know how to tile now.

Blinds cost $15 for a set of two inch blinds and could be installed in about 30 mins tops.

Many of the homes are in run down shape and yes as i looked i saw it all from beer cans every where and not working toilets to houses completely not level as much as 5 inches... to bongs and drugs left every where.
