My teeth were close to nerves so I had to have a specialist maxxio facial surgeon do the surgery.I always couldn't breathe well so finally checked it out.I only had 15% breathing in my nose. One side was completely blocked with a bone spur and the other side was a deviated septum in a moon shape blocking off the other. The surgeon said I probably did it all the years of playing sports as a kid and when my nose bled didn't think anything of it at the time.So the took out all 4 wisdom teeth, and then cu tout the bone spur of the nose and cut the septum to lay flat in the middle again and re-enforced it.I also had permanent breathing strips put under my eyes that permanently pulled open the airways helping to breather even better. The surgeon said even if someone has a perfect airway if they have a smaller or thinner nose the airways can be too small to get the oxygen they need. The guy that did it Dr.Burnam used to be the team doctor for the Atlanta Thrashers hockey team.I had to stay in bed and the house for about a week.My face ballooned up like a bowling ball.Drinking sweet tea helped with the blood clotting where they took the wisdom teeth out.I had to have the nose surgery because of breathing problems.I would go to sleep and wake up but I couldn't move my limbs as I wasn't getting enough oxygen. The surgeon said I was lucky and could have dies from it as sometimes I couldn't roll myself over to get my face off of the pillow to breathe.Steven I am surprised that they only took 3 wisdom teeth. My surgeon told me that even if the other wisdom teeth are healthy if they have no teeth above them to sit on they can get infected and it's best to take them all out.If it was because one was next to a nerve you should have had a surgeon take all of them out.The dentist won't touch them because if they clip a nerve it can permanently cause you to lose feeling in your face.

Thanks for your service - I joined the Army when I was 16 years old in 1959 - got out when I was 20 - had a few jobs and decided working a job was not my cup of tea - started learning about the profits in real estate - now 48 years later - I am so glad I started young - own several corporations - a real estate investor's school and an auction company - full time making offers and loving the activity - the income in this business is amazing - when you understand how to make offers (Contract Engineering) how to find the profitable assignments (Power Prospecting) and how to have it your way (Negotiating) - this business becomes fun and profitable. Thanks for your service - good luck with the real estate business - BP is here for you and others - do stay in touch.Charles

One of the tenants has a misdemeanor (Resisting Officer Without Violence (Resisting Arrest)), found guilty. We've rejected the offer because we were pretty sure this is not our cup of tea, but they came back asking if we would consider if they would pay 6 or 12 months up front.

As far as drugs, I would deal with it in a non-curable breach of contract section such as: Non-Curable Breach of Agreement: Any of the following events will be deemed a non-curable breach of this Lease; (a) Police raid upon your Premises; (b) Your arrest for possession/sale/storage of any narcotic/controlled substance/chemical or herbal contraband in or about the Premises; (c) Failure topermit Owner's entry to the Premises following receipt of adequate notice; (d) Failure to cooperate with Owner or any pest controller/fumigator/exterminator following receipt of notice of such services; (e) Defaults by you causing Owner to serve more than two notices to pay or quit, in any twelve (12) month period; (f) A misrepresentation on your Rental Application; (g) Delivery of any security door/gate key to anyone not party to this Lease.
