It is for the smart intelligent hard-working folks that understand success is in their hands, and with the right tools it can be expedited significantly.

Problem: Alignment - this is hands down the most common mistake that I see.

Overall, my primary goal is to create the opportunity to get into another home at minimal cost while keeping my parents in the current home, so I'm leaning toward transferring/selling the current property to them.

But they are working hard to try and make the permits non-transferable.

Before they happen prep a little cushion here and there for different areas you have your hands on.
