This group (I will call it tier 1) have received letters from my attorney and communications have begun.

I need to look at joining that group.

I want to point out that I’ve noticed his tone in emails can come across as demanding or even a bit rude.For examplez: I see how he writes to the group—always polite and full of "thank you"s—but when addressing me, the tone feels far more demanding.Would it be okay to respond with something like this?"

@Lucas Schlund there are several groups pushing to ammend the requirements - hence why it hasn't gone into effect yet.

There are very few sellers of notes right now, so who are you buying and selling too.You are going to be sadly dissappointed and realize after 3-6 months you probably wasted your money.Your best bet is to join some groups on FB or elsewhere and start to learn that way.Let me ask you this question: Have you spoken to any note investor out there to ask them about the environment today to actually get into notes?
