Hello BP,Does anyone have any experience investing with Bakerson in Phoenix, Arizona?

I just purchased my second investment property- a triplex located in Tucson, Arizona.

Hello BP, Does anyone have any experience investing with Bakerson in Phoenix, Arizona? 

I live in Phx,Az , where should i apply for a mortgage loan first at my local bank (wells fargo) or use a broker, a lot of people here tell me to start with my bank as they have all my info, if i get pre approved anywhere i wouldnt be committed/obligated to go along with the deal right ?

Average PP, Vacancy, ADR, ROI, tax advantages, etc.I'm local to Sedona, Arizona and own a few properties in the area.

Like they want to file a Quiet deedRE is becoming over run with  OOS  BRRR ROI  COC etc etc.This type of thing is very common though in Aviation there is an abbreviation for nearly everything you do in Aviation.
