Just make sure you are able to reply as quickly as possible and take advantage of VRBO facilitating the renter paying by credit card.

Mainly because I wanted to have it for my personal investment property, but I've ended up using it more than I expected to help facilitate other deals.

There are some occasions where I'll provide them a copy to facilitate a loan application or something but I make sure all personal information is redacted.

I see folks liked your post, no surprise here.I don't disagree with you, as long as they have a good deal for you, you don't mind paying for it.What is the deal is when the wholesaler starts digging further into an owner's equity through unethical or illegal tactics to pad their pocket for much more than they brought to the table or more than they are really worth as a facilitator to a transaction. 

What lenders are out there that can work or have creative financing that could facilitate the purchase of a home, while the full funds needed to purchase are released only with the sale of the buyers current home. 

Hard money lenders would better be able to facilitate deals/loans if they had a presence and understanding of the local market in which they are lending to.
