I recently bought into Tyler’s Deveraux 3 day workshop event 🙌 I’ve heard great things but I also read a reply that “he doesn’t keep promises” So I’m half and half about the event.For those who’ve gone and went through it already, how was your experience and your thoughts?

It makes the dialogue more between the two members rather than with the whole membership (unless you take extra steps to click on every triangle).

To process a new owner payment the system takes an extra week or two.

We built a BEAUTIFUL Mailchimp account and sent out half a dozen Wholesale properties, only to get flagged and our account 'Deactivated' after sending one 'Private Lender' email campaign. 

If interest rates fall later, refinancing again might require you to bring extra funds to the table, which could impact your overall investment strategy.

Right now I'm just looking at properties all over the place learning how to analyze a property etc but as somebody that is looking to make their first investment, i want to avoid if possible the extra outlays that can potentially come with an older house. 

For the 4 plex you are spending an extra 80k in renovations (I question your 110k renovation number to get to 4 units - this could be low but I don't know the square footage or layout).

She rented out the second bedroom to a traveling nurse and found that the rental income not only covered half her mortgage but also let her save for her next property.

But… we already had that requirement; houses with four or more bedrooms have needed an approval for extra bedrooms for a few years now.All that to say, I’ve been watching it closely and even I have no clear answers on what’s what.

You can build a team and people do, it takes time, mistakes, and extra money.
