Correct, that was what I was expressing.

If you took accelerated depreciation worth $40k - then you will have $40k of depreciation recapture.In that regard you always, using your expression, "wipe out any benefit" of depreciation in the end, accelerated or not. 

@David Cozzi, many of the operators more accurately express the units or dollars as AUM or Assets Under Management.
