One thing a lot of people get mixed up with is capital investment and equity.. if you don't explain this properly the investor may think you are scamming him.

I'm sure insurance specialists on BP will chime in with helpful information.I'd recommend seeking another opinion from an insurance agent who can list and explain coverage options.

As you mention, many do not read or have an attorney explain to them what they are investing in.

I explained to the seller what we do and how our company does business.
